Monica Schroeder has a degree in Fine Arts Drawing from Hunter College. She has never stopped learning and has augmented her initial education with art and design courses at Pratt University, New York University, New School, and the Art Student's League.
She has worked in the Image Right's Management industry for over 20 years.
She has been a guess speaker at the International Center of Photography.
Her images have been published worldwide. A few of the places her work has appeared include: The Wall Street Journal, many magazines and professional & industry materials.
When she's not drawing, Monica, who is an ACA Certitified Coastal Sea Kayak Trip Leader, can usually be found out on the water.

Growing up in Manhattan a few blocks from the Metropolitan Museum of Art fueled Monica's love of art at an early age.
She's worked professionally as a medical & scientific illustrator & photographer for almost 20 years. A graduate of the Hunter College Fine Arts Drawing Program, Monica has continued her arts & technical education at New York University, Pratt University, Parson's School of Design, Art Student's League of New York, and The New School University. Her work has appeared in Time Magazine, National Geographic, The Wall Street Journal and many other publications worldwide. Her work as also been published by most major textbook publishers
She is proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator & Lightroom.
